    HOW TO SHOP AT SUNYGAL

    1.WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

    If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

    3. Coupon Code

     Discount code is created to use in checkout. How to use it?

    1). Enter the discount code input box and tap your discount name.

    2).Click Apply. 

    Notice: If you want to remove the discount code from the input box, then tap the X button.

    4.Gift Cards

    When you successfully purchase a Gift Card, an email regarding Gift card code will be sent to you soon.

    How to redeem gift cards?

    1) Input your gift card code during checkout.

    2) Click Apply.

    3) Steps follow: Add to Cart   -    Enter Gift Card Code at Checkout   -     Apply the Code

    Note: If you want to remove the discount code from the input box, then tap the X button. Gift card and discount code share one input box. Please note if you don't receive any gift card notifications, feel free to email us.

    5.Order Ship

    2).Where Is My Order?

    Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. Click here.

    Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

    3).Tips for Shipping

    A.A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

    B.APO/FPO & PO Boxesare not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with a PO box address. 

    C.Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. 

     6.Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation

    Order confirmation will be sent to the email listed on your order once you complete an order.Therefore, please ensure that your email address should be correct.
